Liability Waiver

Voluntary Participation
I understand that my dog’s participation in the art-making process is voluntary and based on natural behavior.

1. Materials & Safety
   I acknowledge that acrylic paints are used and that paint is fully separated from my dog by a protective plastic barrier. Organic peanut butter is used by default, with alternative options available upon request.

2. Allergies & Health
   I confirm that I have disclosed any known allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns related to my dog. I understand that I am solely responsible for determining whether this activity is appropriate for my dog.

3. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that interaction with new environments, materials, and foods carries inherent risk, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

4. Release of Liability
   I release and hold harmless Color Unleashed (AS Creations LLC) and the artist(s) from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in this activity.

5. Behavior & Control
   I remain responsible for my dog’s behavior at all times.

By participating, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
